Expansions/Relocations

Corepoint Health, a software solutions provider for the healthcare industry, has signed a five-year lease for 13,701 square feet on the third floor of 3010 Gaylord Parkway for its new corporate headquarters in Hall Office Park.

Pierce Decorative Hardware & Plumbing was founded in Dallas in 1937 in the same Dallas location where you find them today – Snider Plaza near SMU off Hillcrest and Lovers Lane. This extraordinary company has supplied many of the finest homes in Dallas with decorative hardware and plumbing and has grown to offer a location in Fort Worth and now plans to open in Frisco at The Shops at Starwood in Frisco in the summer of 2010.

The sporting world can now add an entire roster of Texas Legends to the history books: The newest NBA D-League franchise has a team name!

Developments

Behringer Harvard announced today that it has reached an agreement with Cinemark Holdings, Inc. to construct a 12-screen theatre at Frisco Square, a mixed use development in Frisco, an affluent suburb north of Dallas and one of America’s fastest-growing cities. The site selected for construction of the Cinemark theatre is on Frisco Square Boulevard, one-half block west of Frisco City Hall.
